Information we collect

We collect only what we need to serve you. This applies to our website, our online store, and our shop in North Hampton.

Information you give us

• Online orders: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, the items you buy, and your order history.
• Online accounts: if you create an account, your login email, password, saved addresses, and order history. Passwords are stored by our platform in encrypted form; we cannot see them.
• Contact and inquiry forms: your name, email, phone number, and the content of your message.
• Email sign-ups: your email address and, if you choose, your name and riding interests.
• In-store purchases: your name, email, phone number, and purchase history if you ask for an emailed receipt, join our customer list, or place a special order.
• Returns and warranty claims: your order details and information about the item and the issue.
• Events and promotions: details you share when you RSVP to an event or enter a giveaway.

Payment information

Card payments in our store and online are processed through Lightspeed, our point-of-sale and online store platform, and its payment processor. Your card details go directly to the payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our hosting provider and analytics tools may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and approximate location (city or region). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

We use your information to run the store and stay in touch with you to:

• Answer questions and respond to fitting, sizing, and product requests
• Process and ship orders, and handle returns, exchanges, special orders, and warranty claims
• Send receipts, order confirmations, and shipping updates
• Send newsletters, new-arrival notices, and event invitations if you opted in
• Understand how visitors find and use our website so we can improve it
• Protect against fraud and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations

How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• Service providers that help us operate, such as Lightspeed (our point-of-sale and online store platform), our payment processor, shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, our website host, email marketing service, and analytics provider. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Brand partners, only when needed to fulfill a special order or warranty claim you request.
• Legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, customers, or staff.
• Business transfers, if SR63 is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

Cookies and third-party services

Our website uses cookies to keep the site working, remember your cart and sign-in, and understand traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may not.

Our site is hosted on Vercel and may use services such as Google Analytics, Google Maps, and embedded social media content. These providers may set their own cookies and handle data under their own privacy policies. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

We may use advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads, to show our ads to people who have visited our site and to measure how those ads perform. Some state laws treat this as “sharing” personal information. To opt out, block third-party cookies in your browser or contact us and we will honor your request.

We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because no common standard exists for them.

Email and text marketing

We send marketing emails only to people who sign up or ask to join our list. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us in person or by email to remove you.

If you start an online checkout and don’t finish it, we may send you one or two reminder emails about the items in your cart.

If we offer text alerts, we will send them only with your express consent. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop receipts or messages about an order you placed.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required for tax, accounting, and warranty records. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable safeguards, including access-restricted systems and reputable service providers, to protect your information. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us at any time to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law
• Opt out of marketing emails or texts

Residents of New Hampshire and some other states may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will honor requests from any customer, wherever you live, and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Children’s privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site links to brand partners and other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
