Return policy

14-Day Returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Free from dirt, odors, pet hair, or signs of use
• Returned with all original tags attached
• In the original packaging, where applicable
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Helmets

For safety and hygiene reasons, helmets may be returned or exchanged within 14 days only if they have not been worn or used and all original tags, protective materials, packaging, and accessories are intact.

Once a helmet has been worn, installed, or otherwise used, it cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it is determined to have a manufacturer defect.

We encourage you to take your time with sizing and fit before riding in your new helmet. Our staff is happy to help with fit and sizing.

Electronics & Communication Devices

Electronic products, including communication systems, cameras, and other electronic accessories, may be returned within 14 days if unopened and unused.

Opened electronic products may be returned only if they are defective, subject to manufacturer warranty terms and inspection. Items that have been installed, paired, registered, or otherwise used may not be eligible for a return due to change of mind.

Clothing, Boots & Riding Gear

Clothing, boots, gloves, and riding gear must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached.

Please try on clothing and footwear carefully to avoid marking or damaging the merchandise.

Sale & Final Sale Items

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale merchandise that is not marked “Final Sale” is subject to our standard 14-day return policy.

Gift Cards

SIDEROAD63 gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned or refunded.

Special Orders

Special-order or custom merchandise may be subject to different return terms. We will discuss those terms with you before placing the order.
